You can use Pizza mode for fresh or frozen pizzas.
Tips for Pizza Mode:
• If you’re doing a frozen pie, place it right on your oven rack.
• If you’re doing a fresh pie, for the best results, place a pizza stone in the oven during preheat time to warm up as well.
• If you’re making the dough from scratch, try Proof mode, this will help your dough to rise in the correct temperature setting.
The proof feature maintains the warm, non-drafty environment needed for proofing yeast-leavened products.
Before proofing, please do the following:
Do not open the oven door unnecessarily. Opening the door will lower the temperature of the air in the oven and lengthen the proofing time. Use the oven light to check the rising of the dough.
