Soy sauce, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, hosin sauce, garlic, chili, chili garlic, lime, red pepper flakes or sesame oil.
Toppings:
Green onions, fresh herbs, sesame seeds, scallions or a drizzle of Sirracha.
