Fresh, vibrant and herbaceous this Green Goddess Dip is the perfect centerpiece for a vegetable board. Customize the variety of herbs to your liking. When measuring the herbs, just quickly rough chop them so they’ll blend easier and you get a better measurement. Add a little milk if you want to thin the dip and make a great Green Goddess Dressing. For a vegan/non-dairy alternative, substitute the mayo, Greek yogurt and parmesan cheese for 1 cup of tahini. If needed, add some water or plant-based milk to thin the vegan dip to your preferred texture. Make the Green Goddess Dip: In small food processor or personal blender, combine all the 2. Steam at 220°F for 10-15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender to your liking. Remove steamed vegetables from oven and allow to cool. 5.
