Here’s a quick and simple way to prepare perfectly cooked corn on the cob. Just add some butter, salt and pepper.

Ingredients

2 ears corn on the cob
2 Tablespoons salted butter
Salt, to personal taste
Ground black pepper, to personal taste

Directions

1. Cut the ears of corn into half.
2. Place corn in a single layer inside vacuum seal bags.
3. Vacuum seal corn and then place the bag on a baking sheet pan. Place sheet pan in middle oven rack.
4. Set oven mode to Air Sous Vide. Set temperature to 200°F.
5. Air sous vide for 90 minutes.
6. Remove corn from the bag. Serve warm topped with butter, salt, & pepper to your liking.
