The 2026–2028 Design Council brings together a carefully selected group of visionaries whose perspectives will help shape the next generation of Thermador appliances, where exceptional design, performance, and innovation come together in every detail.
Ali Faulkner is the Owner + Principal Designer of AEF Interiors, an Orange County- based studio creating timeless homes with modern charm. Her work is known for character-driven design and a hospitality-inspired approach that puts clients first.
Ashley Macuga brings a layered, story-driven approach to design, creating spaces that feel collected, comforting, and soulful. Inspired by her New Orleans roots, she blends artful aesthetics with real utility to create homes made for memories.
With 20+ years in design, Beth is known for her fearless approach and bold, detail-driven interiors. Her work has earned D Home Best Designer honors, the ASID Legacy of Design Award, and recognition from Fashion Group International.
With 25+ years in the industry, Carolina’s work spans from luxury hospitality and residential interiors, including Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt, Hilton, and Marriott. Her bold, detail-driven work has earned D Home Best Designer and ASID Legacy of Design awards.
Chris Goddard is an award-winning interior designer with 30+ years of international experience creating timeless, eclectic and luxurious spaces. His client-focused approach emphasizes quality, individuality and design that tells a story.
With over 20 years in design and construction, Elizabeth is a CMKBD and CLIPP certified designer and the founder of Built4Design Residential Academy. She was named the 2025 NKBA Educator of the Year and the 2026 KBB Magazine Person of the Year.
