Please contact Thermador Customer Support at 1-800-735-4328 if your error code is not listed below as it may require technician assistance.

"E" and a number appears on the display with a phone number

A malfunction has occurred.

Note any error codes that may appear on the display. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply by switching off the fuse in the fuse box and call Thermador Customer Support at 1-800-735-4328 for assistance with the error code.

E11 and a phone number

The touch buttons are not operating properly. This may be due to condensation on the keypad.

Clean the control panel with a dry cloth. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply by switching off the fuse in the fuse box and switch it back on after 10 seconds.
