The Thermador Professional Collection Built-in Wall Oven is controlled with a combination of touchscreen and two bold, tactile knobs. The knob on the left selects your Cooking Modes while the knob on the right sets the temperature. Explore the basic controls including the Info Button, Activating Your Cooking Mode, Fast Preheat, Timers, Oven Light, and Panel Lock. Get to know the controls on your Thermador Masterpiece® Oven with Professional Handles, including customizing your settings, setting the time on your clock, as well as using the kitchen and oven timers. We also explain how to use several key Oven features, such as Delay Cook, Fast Preheat, and Panel Lock for touchscreen cleaning.

Learn how to use the different timers by watching the videos above. Masterpiece® and Professional Ovens feature three timers: a Kitchen Timer, Oven Timer and End Time Functions. The Masterpiece® Oven With Professional Handles features the Kitchen Timer, Oven Timer and Delay Cook feature.

• The Kitchen Timer will have no effect on your food. It is similar to when you put a timer on your phone, just keeping track on time. When it finishes, your oven continues to remain on.
• The Oven Timer correlates directly with your food. When this timer runs out, it will shut off your oven cavity.
• The End at Timer and Delay Cook is great for holidays or planning large meals if you want everything to be done at a certain time. For example, 15 minutes and be done at 6pm for dinner. Your oven make sure it turns itself on and be completed at the time you would like it to end at.

The new dark mode display for ovens allows for better contrast and a new aesthetic for your kitchen. Eligible ovens can update their display to dark mode by pushing settings and scroll until you see "Dark Mode" on the display.
