The HeatShift® feature allows you to change the power level during cooking simply by moving the cookware backward or forward on the Induction Cooktop surface. Use when cooking foods that need quick temperature changes. Perfect for recipes that require moving from a sauté to a simmer like marinara sauces.

The CookSmart® feature controls the temperature of the pan allowing your pan to not overheat. The cooking zone where CookSmart® is enabled for will only heat up if it is required to maintain the temperature. This saves energy and prevents oil or fat from overheating. CookSmart® will also let you know when you can add food to a heated pan.
