Red Vermouth Spritz

For a lighter spritz, only use club soda for the bubbly. But if you prefer a cocktail with a bit more pizzazz, use 1/2 club soda and 1/2 Prosecco or other sparkling wine. This cocktail is so easy to throw together, it makes for a great party cocktail. Quickly pour a round for your guests or have it as a self-serve spritz bar and let them make their own to their preferred ratios.
