Only hoods with recirculation kits use activated charcoal / carbon filters. These filters neutralize odors when the hood recirculates air around the kitchen. Contact Thermador Customer Support at 1-800-735-4328 to determine if your hood uses a recirculation kit. If so, we recommend changing the charcoal/carbon filter every 4 to 6 months, depending on usage.They can be purchased in the Thermador Accessories Store.

Cleaners such as the Thermador Stainless Steel Conditioner and cleaning cloths can be purchased in the Thermador Accessories Store for your appliance.
Do not apply the stainless steel conditioner to control labels, logos, black stainless steel, or appliance interiors.
