The Thermador/Sur La Table France Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PRODUCT PURCHASE DOES NOT ENHANCE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Thermador/Sur La Table France Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age as of date of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions. Employees, officers, directors of BSH Home Appliances Corporation and Sur La Table, Inc. ("Co-Sponsors"), Vertical Marketing Network LLC ("Administrator") and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

The Thermador/Sur La Table France Sweepstakes begins on/about 5:00 p.m. PT July 2, 2012 and ends 11:59 p.m. PT August 11, 2012 ("Promotional Period").

2. PRIZES
One (1) Grand Prize: one (1) Thermador Pro Grand® Steam Range, model number PRD48JDSGU. ARV $15,399. Winner is solely responsible for any costs of installation (including all modifications to cabinetry, or other modifications needed for installation of the prize). Shipping is to the location provided in the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, which must be in the 48 Contiguous U.S. states or the District of Columbia. Curbside delivery ONLY. Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks after completion of verification procedure for the delivery of prize. Prize is subject to terms, conditions, warranty expiration dates, and restrictions imposed by BSH Home Appliances Corporation, as the manufacturer of the prize.

One (1) First Prize: one (1) travel package to Paris, France for winner ONLY. First Prize winner must be able to travel October 15 DGWB 20, 2012; if winner is unavailable on such dates, prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining qualified entries received, time permitting. Trip package includes roundtrip coach air travel from international airport closest to winner's residence (as determined by Co-Sponsors in their sole discretion) to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport ("CDG"), 6-day/5-night hotel (standard, single occupancy and room tax only) accommodations (as determined by Co-Sponsors in their sole discretion) in Paris at the 4-star Hotel Bourgogne-Montana. Trip is subject to availability and additional restrictions. Three (3) dinners: La Petite Chaise; a specially designed dinner menu at Christian Constant's Le Violon d'Ingres; and an 8-course tasting menu at Verjus. A guided tour through the legendary cookware shop Dehillerin. Meet with author and former Chez Panisse pastry chef David Lebovitz. Late-morning espresso at the famous literary haunt Café de Flore. Hands-on cooking class with chefs from La Cuisine Cooking School of Paris. Meet Mort Rosenblum, the James Beard-award-winning author, for a private chocolate tasting at La Maison du Chocolat. Winner understands and agrees that meeting David Lebovitz, Mort Rosenblum, and taking cooking class with particular chefs from La Cuisine Cooking School of Paris has no retail value and is subject to availability. If winner fails to meet David Lebovitz or Mort Rosenblum for any reason, Co-Sponsors' sole liability to winner will be to provide the remaining elements of the First Prize; if winner does not take cooking class with particular chefs from La Cuisine Cooking School of Paris, Co-Sponsors' sole liability to winner will be to provide a cooking class with other chefs of comparable skill/reputation who may or may not be employed by La Cuisine Cooking School of Paris as well as the remaining elements of the First Prize. Winner further understands and agrees that Co-Sponsors and Administrator make no representation as to the duration of the "meet and greet" with David Lebovitz or Mort Rosenblum. Co-Sponsors will determine airline and flight itinerary in their sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Co-Sponsors' airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner is solely responsible for obtaining valid passport and any other documents necessary for international travel. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Co-Sponsors will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Winner will not receive frequent flyer miles, hotel awards or other perquisites in conjunction with prize travel. ARV: $7,038. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Weekly Prizes: six (6) weekly prizes each consisting of one (1) $100 Sur La Table gift card. Gift cards are subject to terms and conditions indicated thereon or in conjunction therewith. Total ARV $600. Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks from time of winner selection for the delivery of the prize.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $23,037.

Federal, state, and local taxes on prizes and any other costs, fees and expenses not listed above as specifically included as part of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. For Grand and First Prizes, Co-Sponsors will advise appropriate governmental authorities of winner's receipt of prize and will issue him/her an IRS 1099 Tax Form in the amount of the value of the prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Co-Sponsors' sole discretion. Prizes consists only of the items listed, are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Co-Sponsors' sole discretion.

3. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotional Period, to enter go to www.facebook.com/Thermador and "Like" the Thermador Facebook Page, or go to www.thermador.com/surlatable. Follow the instructions and complete and submit your online entry (name, home address, city, state, zip code, age, and email). If entering the Sweepstakes via the Thermador Facebook Page, you are providing your information to Co-Sponsors, not to Facebook. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable weekly entry drawing period and the Grand Prize/First Prize drawing.

First and Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 14, 2012. Non-winning entries from a given drawing will be retained for all subsequent drawings.

Any other attempted form of online entry is void and will not be accepted. Entrant must be the registered and authorized account holder of the e-mail account through which the entry is made. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. In the event of a dispute as to ownership of an entry, entrant may be required to provide proof of ownership of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes. Entry may not be made by proxy or automated means such as by script, bot, macro or any other similar software or program.

Limit one (1) entry per person or email address per day. If more than one (1) entry is received from the same person or email address for a given day, Co-Sponsors will accept only the first entry received and will void all such additional entries. Co-Sponsors and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

Participation in Sweepstakes constitutes permission from Entrant for Co-Sponsors and their agencies to use Entrant's name (first and last), voice, likeness and/or other indicia of persona without notice or compensation for purposes of advertising and trade, unless prohibited by law. Further, participation includes the right to post Winner's first name, last initial and city and state of residence on the Thermador web site, Thermador Facebook page, Sur La Table web site, or Sur La Table Facebook Page unless prohibited by law.

4. WINNER SELECTION/RANDOM DRAWINGS
Weekly winners will be selected in random drawings on July 9, 16, 23, 30, August 6, 13; and First and Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 14, 2012. Each weekly drawing will consist of all eligible entries received up to and including 11:59 p.m. PT of the prior day of the drawing. The First and Grand Prize drawing will consist of all eligible entries received during the entire Promotional Period. The decisions of Administrator and Co-Sponsors are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days following drawing. Limit one prize per household/individual/email address/family.

Grand and First Prize winners must prove eligibility. Grand and First Prize Winners (or, if winner is a minor in jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to sign (1) a release relieving Co-Sponsors and Administrator from any liability, claims, demands and cause of action for personal injury or death, and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the prize or any portion thereof; and where permitted by law, granting Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner's name, voice and likeness for advertising, trade and publicity purposes without additional compensation or further notice; (2) an affidavit of (winner's) eligibility and (winner's and his/her parent/legal guardian's, if winner is a minor in jurisdiction of residence) full compliance with these Official Rules; and (3) all other legal documents which the Sponsor may require (including a W-9 tax form). Grand and First Prize winners must sign and return affidavit/release within three (3) business days of notification. Noncompliance with this requirement (failure to timely complete, sign and return the required documents) or (for ANY prize) inability of Co-Sponsors/Administrator to contact potential winner will result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation of any kind and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Potential Grand Prize and First Prize winners will not be Official Grand Prize and First Prize winners until he/she signs and returns the affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and (where legal) publicity release and his/her eligibility has been formally verified. Any attempt to defraud Co-Sponsors/Administrator in any way will result in disqualification of participant; and, such participant may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

5. INTERNET
BSH Home Appliances Corporation's computer will be the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Co-Sponsors, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective advertising, promotion or production agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telecommunications malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate (including but not limited to defects/errors/malfunctions), or by any error which may occur in the entry process or the Sweepstakes. Without limiting the foregoing, Co-Sponsors, Administrator, and their respective parent companies are not responsible for electronic communications/emails not received due to email filtering, virus protection or other protective devices/apparatus or any other cause.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CO-SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW (AND TO DISQUALIFY SUCH INDIVIDUAL FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES IF APPLICABLE). If for any reason (including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Co-Sponsors, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes and renders the Sweepstakes incapable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules), Co-Sponsors shall have the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Co-Sponsors shall make the Prizes available in a manner, determined by Co-Sponsors in its sole discretion, to be fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Co-Sponsors will be posted at the Thermador Facebook Page and on www.thermador.com/surlatable.

6. GENERAL RULES
By entering the sweepstakes, Entrant (or, if Entrant is a minor in jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Co-Sponsors and Administrator which are final and binding in all respects; and to release Co-Sponsors, and Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, attorneys, employees and other parties, and Facebook, Inc. from any and all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, related to personal injury, death, damage to property, infringement of proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy or defamation) and attorney fees, whether or not in connection with litigation, including, but not limited to, any harm or loss caused by, contributed to, arising out of or related to Entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, receipt, use/misuse of any Prize (if applicable). Except for the express, limited warranty made by BSH Home Appliances Corporation on its product and the express, limited warranty made by Sur La Table, Inc. in conjunction with its gift cards (each such warranty being subject to its terms), Co-Sponsors make no representation, warranty or guarantee as to any Prize, including but not limited to its fitness for the intended purpose or merchantability.

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California (excluding its principles of conflicts of laws/choice of laws), with venue in Orange County and all claims must be resolved individually (NOT PART OF A CLASS) in the appropriate state and federal courts of Orange County. By participating, you (or, if you are a minor in your jurisdiction of residence, your parent or legal guardian) agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. Co-Sponsors' failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.
