Flaxseed & Garlic rolls (Eggless)

This recipe is great to have as a snack, for dinner or even for breakfast.. delicious and easy!

1 1/2 cup  Maida (All purpose flour)
1/2 cup  Warm milk
1 1/2 tsp  Yeast
1 tsp  Salt                                       
2 tsps  Sugar                                   
1 tbsp  Butter                                   
2 tbsp  Sesame seeds                     

Flax seed & garlic spread:
1 tbsp  Powdered flax seed      
2 to 3 tbsp  Shredded garlic          
3 tbsp  Salted butter              
1/2 cup  Finely chopped coriander leaves

Mix everything together and keep aside.
Mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar and butter together.
Add warm milk to it and knead for a while.
Leave the dough in a greased bowl and let rise for one hour in a warm place.
When the dough has doubled in size ,push it down gently and knead.
Divide it into 2 parts and roll it.
Spread 1 tbsp flax seed & garlic spread on it.
Again roll it and cut into 4 equal parts.
Place the rolls in a greased pan, sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top and leave it for another 30 mins.
Preheat the oven to 350F. 
Bake it for 30 mins.

Serve warm and enjoy...
