This delectable dip is an homage to the buffalo that roam the range of this great state, and to the flavors of buffalo wings: chicken, hot sauce, and blue cheese. It is also unbelievably easy to prepare. Joan cautions that if you serve the dip as an appetizer, you might not need to serve dinner.
6 to 8 servings
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
4 ounces cold cream cheese, cut into small cubes
½ cup buffalo wing hot sauce or barbecue sauce
⅓ cup thick blue cheese salad dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Oil 9-inch-diameter pie dish.
