Strawberry Guava Smoothies
4 servings
4 small guavas, unpeeled
1 qt fresh strawberries
Whipped cream
1 cup fresh coconut milk beverage
Ice cubes
Mint sprigs
Wash the fruit and pat dry; remove hulls from strawberries. Cut guavas in half, and place in blender with berries; fill rest of blender space with ice cubes. Add coconut milk half way up sides of blender. Place lid on securely, and spin the mixture until completely blended. (If a thinner consistency is desired, add more coconut milk) Serve in pretty glasses garnished with whipped cream and a sprig of mint.
