Kansas City BBQ Sauce

6 Tbsp olive oil
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, minced
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup smoked paprika
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups ketchup
1 8-oz can roasted tomatoes
½ cup water
¾ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp chili powder
In a sauce pan heat oil and add garlic and onion, sautéing until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients, puree in blender, then return to pan. Bring to a simmer, then hold on XLO3 to allow flavors to blend.
