Select Thermador ovens, sold between June 2004 and July 2007, can have gaps in the insulation where overheating can occur when used in the self-cleaning mode. Nearby cabinets can catch on fire, posing a fire hazard to consumers.No injuries have occurred but some cases of fire damage has been reported.Do not put the oven into self-clean until the oven's insulation has been checked, and if necessary repaired, by a Thermador-authorized service technician.Thermador will inspect, and if necessary repair, the affected ovens free of charge.
